Example – The weight of Aluminum sheet of thickness 5 mm, length 2440mm and breadth 1220 mm shall be
2440x1220X 0.0000026 X 5 = 38.698 Kgs/Sheet

OD (mm) – THICK(mm) X THICK(mm) X0.0083 = WEIGHT PER METRE
For example :Aluminium pipe 1 1/4”x3mm/ 38ODx3mmx6meter Please weight

Example : A Round of 40mm diameter and length 13 metre then the weight shall be.  
3.14 X 0.00000785 X ((40/2) X ( 40/2)) X 3000 mm = 29.59kgs / metre
ms Round bar 30mm weight ? formula = 3.14 X 0.00000785 X ((30/2) X ( 30/2)) X 6000 mm = 33.29 kgs / metre
 
Weight calculation formula for MS Square Bar  
WEIGHT (KGS ) = WIDTH X WIDTH X 0.00000785 X LENGTH.  
Example : A Square of size 30mm and length 6 metre then the weight shall be.
30x30X 0.00000785 X 6000mm = 42.41 kgs/metre  
 
Weight calculation formula for GI Sheet
WEIGHT (KGS) = LENGTH (MM) X WIDTH (MM) X 0. 00000785 X THICKNESS
For Example – The weight of Gi Sheet of 4mm thickness and size 1220 MM X 2440 MM shall be  
1220x2440x0.000007854×4 =93.52kg

WEIGHT (KGS) = LENGTH (MM) X WIDTH (MM) X 0. 00000785 X THICKNESS
example – The weight of MS Sheet of 10mm thickness and size 1220 MM X 2440 MM shall be
1220MM X 2440 MM X 0.00000785 X 10mm = 233.79KGS/ SHEET
