What is MS pipe?

How do I calculate the weight of an MS pipe?
Weight in kg per metre = (outer diameter – wall thickness) x wall thickness x 0.02466, with both measurements in millimetres. For example, a 60.3 mm pipe with a 3.0 mm wall weighs about 4.24 kg per metre. You can also use our free metal weight calculator.
